Robert is currently the Cofounder of DECKO, the leading pitch deck development firm which connects Seed-Series B+ companies with top-tier venture investors to create their pitch decks from scratch. He oversees all client operations and has grown the development team to include 35+ active venture investors from leading venture firms, accelerators, and corporate VCs as well as expert designers. With his expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, Robert has successfully established DECKO as the leading pitch deck development company and startup ecosystem.

In addition to his role at DECKO, Robert also serves as the second-in-command at Evolution VC Partners where he supports portfolio companies by securing follow-on capital, sources new investment opportunities for the firm, and oversees the firm's global scout program. Evolution has invested in over 280 "Culture-Tech" companies, including well-known names like Sweetgreen, Beyond Meat, Via, Carta, and more, and has a proven track record of success.

Prior to joining Evolution, Robert was the Cofounder and CEO of OneH, an online marketplace connecting startups with investors from around the world.

Robert began his career at Research Frontiers where he held various positions, including the Director of Market Development, and was responsible for leading the company's marketing initiatives and corporate venture capital arm.

Outside of the office, Robert is a musician - performing both on his own under the stage-name ALL CAPS (named for the way he titles his emails) and as the drummer for Daniel Lerner. Lastly, Robert is an avid Star Wars fan with over 50,000 years of Star Wars history committed to memory.
